This wave of intensity was apparently started by Andrew Cavanagh on the Warrior Forum earlier this year.
The basic concept involves selling online services to small off-line businesses.
This includes everything from mini websites up to full-blown websites, autoresponder services, Pay Per Click advertising programs (PPC), graphic design, and basically anything else related to marketing the off-line business using online resources.
